    Our Mission, Vision & Commitment is to enhance (not replace) First Responders existing Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) & support non-violent Crisis Intervention Techniques; while promoting Autism Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This is the only training of its type that teaches evidence-based de-escalation techniques, collects growth data that can be used for grants & provides an opportunity to certify your Organization as a Leadership Academy.

    What is available for us? Our organization has educators & other facilities that don't see us as First Responders, but we have First Responders who need this training.

    Before the training begins, organizational pre-assessments & analysis of the information are completed to determine what your employees are feeling & what is needed for members of your organization. This allows us to give your employees what they need, instead of what we want them to have. The resources keep students engaged and empowered.

    This course will provide Self-Assured & Safe Interactions with the community with heightened morale & confidence when entering a crisis situation. Remember that there are many individuals who can benefit from de-escalation. Some may have impaired cognitive & communication abilities but if they suffer any type of impairment De-Escalation Matters!

    How can you do Crisis Intervention Training online effectively?

    The training provides real world Role-Play Scenarios. Role-Plays are diverse and provide the opportunity to demonstrate Crisis Intervention Techniques based on real world interactions. We also have various interactive discussion boards and learning communities for students that provide a collaborative environment to learn, gain hands-on knowledge, and discover insider tips on interesting new skills or careers.
